Countries: We currently ship within Australia.

Australia: Free shipping on all orders.
No hidden fees: All costs are visible at checkout.
Order processing time
Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.
Cut off time: Orders placed before 17:00 will be processed the same day.
Weekend orders: Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days.
Business days: Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather or carrier delays.
Total delivery time: From 7 to 15 business days until the order is received.
Shipping method
Carriers: We cooperate with reliable partners such as Australia Post and DHL.
Insured delivery: All shipments are insured. In case of loss or damage, please contact our customer service.

Tracking information

Missing items
Reporting: Missing items must be reported within 7 days after delivery to info@lenora-wear.com.
Resolution: We will resolve the issue as soon as possible by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Return policy
Period: Returns are possible within 30 days of receiving the item.
Conditions: The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Personalised items are not eligible for return.
Costs: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. In that case, we will cover the costs.
Refund: A refund will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.
Warehouse fees
We do not charge any additional warehouse or restocking fees for returns.
