Return period

Customers have the right to return their purchase within 30 days after receiving the item without the need to provide a reason.

Return procedure

Return request
Send an email to info@lenora-wear.com including your order number and the reason for return.

Return authorisation
After review, you will receive detailed instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Packaging and shipping

Securely package the item in its original packaging with all labels and accessories.

Include the return form and, if required, photos or documents.

Use the provided return label if one is supplied.

Return costs

Damaged or incorrectly sent products: No cost to the customer.

Change of mind, such as incorrect item, wrong size or no further interest: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Specific conditions

Change of mind: The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition.

Damaged product: Contact us within 48 hours, including clear photos. We will cover the return costs and provide either a replacement or a refund.

Incorrect product: Return shipping is covered and the correct product will be sent at no cost.

Order not received: After an investigation with the carrier, we will send a new item or issue a refund.

Cancellation before shipment: Free cancellation is possible until the order has been dispatched. If the order is already on its way, it can be returned after delivery.

Refund

Conditions: The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Inspection: After receiving and checking the returned item, the refund will be approved.

Processing: The refund is issued within 7 business days using the original payment method.

Confirmation: You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

Personalised or custom made items.

Hygiene items such as socks and underwear unless unopened and unused.

Cosmetics and beauty products such as makeup or skincare that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
